Caio César Alves dos Santos or simply Caio (born 29 May 1986 in Mirandópolis), is a Brazilian attacking midfielder. He played the first half of the 2007–08 season for Palmeiras, scoring 11 goals on loan from Grêmio Barueri and signed a contract with Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt on 14 January 2008 lasting until 2012.
On 27 January 2011 a proposed move to FC Dynamo Moscow fell through after Caio failed a medical.[1]
